What to do if you have been scammed
If you are concerned about a land banking scheme you should stop sending money to the firm and individuals involved. If you have given them your bank account details, tell your bank immediately.
Very often the directors, shadow directors and “controlling minds” have personal assets which can be seized to repay the money that you have lost in these usually fraudulent scams.
