Robert Leonard

Robert’s practice covers a wide range of contractual and professional negligence claims. The contractual side includes agency, bailment, sale of goods, supply of services, exclusion and limitation of liability clauses, guarantees and indemnities, misrepresentation, quasi contract and restitution and conflict of laws.

He also has expertise in criminal law, with extensive experience of heath and safety, environmental and road traffic cases, as well as the whole range of serious crime. He has particular expertise in confiscation and proceeds of crime cases.

Additionally, Simon can offer expertise in cases before the VAT / Tax Tribunals, judicial review cases before the High Court and civil actions against the Police. He has a particular interest in fighting cases concerning civil liberties.


Sheila Aly

Sheila specialises in a range of areas, with an emphasis on employment and family law.

Having completed her legal training at one of the leading commercial & employment law Chambers in the UK, she has since represented a wide range of clients in these areas during her 10 years of practice.
