Rodney Hylton-Potts was a leading London solicitor for 25 years and is a Member of the International Bar Association, American Bar Association, Federal Bar Association and New York Bar. He did not get his nickname “The Rottweiler” by being touchy feely. He is a recognized expert in divorce, family work, litigation, benefit fraud, tax credit fraud, company work and insolvency. He is very experienced at arbitrations. There is no substitute for experience, coupled with speed, efficiency and cost effectiveness.

Maud Bergvelt

Maud

Maud Bergvelt speaks English and Dutch, and is an expert in family, criminal and international arbitration law. In divorce cases she deals with the dreaded “Form E”, and will tell you what each party should really be spending! She will represent you at police station interviews, and will be with you at court appearances every step of the way. She is authorized by the Ministry of Justice to handle personal injury, criminal injuries compensation, probate and employment matters.

Sophie Fry

Her main interests are criminal work including benefit fraud, tax credit overpayment, litigation, motoring offences and divorce. She also has experience in Wills and Probate. Sophie is training to be a solicitor.

Tessa Parkes

Her main interests are benefit fraud, tax credit fraud, family and divorce law. She also has experience in motoring offences, business law and insolvency.

Simone Barton

Simone Barton specialises in tax credit and benefit fraud, divorce/family employment and crime.

Emma Elversson

Emma Elversson speaks English and Swedish. She specialises in benefit fraud, family and criminal law.

Emma also has a background in business and EU law.

Robert Leonard

Simon Buckhaven

Simon has appeared in the House of Lords as well as in several leading cases in the Court of Appeal. He appears regularly in the High Court and has represented clients before Disciplinary Tribunals; Law Society, University and Sporting Tribunals.


Jonathan Edwards

In 30 years at the Bar, Jonathan Edwards has experience of all aspects of criminal law, and of a wide range of civil cases.

Johanne Enright
