Rodney Hylton-Potts was a leading London solicitor for 25 years and is a Member of the International Bar Association, American Bar Association, Federal Bar Association and New York Bar. He got the nickname “The Rottweiler”. He is a recognised expert in divorce, family work, litigation, benefit fraud, company work and insolvency. He is an experienced arbitrator. There is no substitute for experience, coupled with speed, efficiency and cost effectiveness.

Maud Bergvelt

Maud

Maud Bergvelt, a Dutch and English speaking Lawyer specialises in divorce, family work and crime. In divorce she is an expert at the dreaded “Form E”, and will tell you what each party should really be spending! She will represent you at police station interviews, and will be with you at court appearances every step of the way.

Sophie Fry

Her main interests are criminal work including benefit fraud, litigation motoring offences and divorce. She also has experience in Wills and Probate. Sophie plans to qualify as a solicitor in the near future.

Tessa Parkes

Her main interest is benefit fraud, family and divorce law. She also has experience in motoring offences, company work and insolvency.

Rupert Higgins

After a Landlord and Tenant pupillage and 10 years in a specialist commercial and construction set of chambers, Rupert now deals with all aspects of property and commercial litigation with a large element- of professional negligence work.


Richard Buswell

Richard is a specialist in divorce and family law, inheritance related disputes and professional negligence. He has a particular interest in the tracing and disclosure of information for use in court proceedings.


Robert Leonard

Robert’s practice covers a wide range of contractual and professional negligence claims. The contractual side includes agency, bailment, sale of goods, supply of services, exclusion and limitation of liability clauses, guarantees and indemnities, misrepresentation, quasi contract and restitution and conflict of laws.


Simon Buckhaven

Simon specialises in a range of areas including high value matrimonial finance, co-habitation and property disputes, securities and guarantees, wills and inheritance and professional negligence

Simon has appeared in the House of Lords as well as in several leading cases in the Court of Appeal. He appears regularly in the High Court and has represented clients before Disciplinary Tribunals; Law Society, University and Sporting Tribunals.
